GOOD: Ordering and picking up food. The people at my store are great. BAD: When I try to redeem for free food, the app says your cart doesn't meet the requirements for this reward. When I try to find a support link to figure out what I am doing wrong, I can't find it. UGLY: I am getting email reminders to redeem my rewards points before they expire. Talk about rubbing salt in the wound.

App is terrible if you want to use the drive through. If you arrive 5 min early they don't have the order and if you're late the food is cold.
