If your app stops showing the garage door button to open/close the door, clear your app cache and it will work again. Otherwise, works well and notifications for door events are fast.

Was working fine until the most recent update. After the update auto open and close, and notifications stopped working. Tried clearing cache but still didn't work. Uninstalled then reinstalled. Auto open and close now work but still no notifications. 2/28/2024 - auto open stopped working again. Not sure what caused it to stop. Nothing has been changed. After the update today (2/29) the notifications are working again. Haven't tried auto open and close since this update.

I love the Tailwind hardware and app, but why did it have 1706 wake-ups on my device today with 1h 15 m of wake locks? I even have battery optimization enabled (despite the never ending and terribly annoying reminders from the app to turn it off). Many other reviews mention battery drain, so this is clearly not an isolated issue. Additionally, the incessant optimization reminder makes logging into the app impossible sometimes.

This app was fantastic before the latest UI update. Now I get logged out constantly and trying to open/close my garage door just doesn't work. I have to use the Google home integration.

Auto open hasn't worked at all with the last few updates. It's the main reason I bought the device. Every update breaks something else. Now the widget I have on my home screen doesn't work for opening/closing the door either. Get it together Tailwind!
