It just simply works! There are no issues with the app at all. It is easy to install and easy to set up the garage door. Well worth it. If your Wi-Fi router supports 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz, be sure to preference/allocate your garage door to the 2.4 Ghz network. If it bounces back and forth between networks, the garage will stop working. It's a super easy fix.

So convenient! Can open/close door from anywhere. Great help if you ask yourself "Did I close the garage door?" Open (and close) notifications give peace of mind to know if someone opened your door. Love this app for its total functionality!

Would not work at all after installing a new Overhead Door brand garage opener. Two installers did their best to get the app to work as well as 3 company technicians who tried to troubleshoot. Returned the garage opener and went with a Chamberlain brand opener. The myQ app that accompanies the Chamberlain garage opener installed easily and works beautifully.

Worked fine initially. Then suddenly it stopped working. I uninstalled the app. I just tried installing & setting up, once again but cannot get it to connect to my Wi-Fi & therefore the app is useless. It's not difficult to complete the setup.....IF IT WORKED 100% of the time. Very frustrating. I REALLY NEEDED this app yesterday as my garage door was left open. I didn't realize it until we were halfway to our destination which was an out-of-town wedding & didn't have an extra 3.5 hrs to drive hm.
