My first purchase through the app for a Royal Caribbean certificate resulted in an ongoing huge waste of time, as Fluz only supplies numbers on the certificate, not the actual certificate. Royal Caribbean only accepts certificates if you have the actual certificate! Fluz took my money, still hasn't supplied a working certificate, and I'm still in a battle to get it back from them. Avoid this app!

Unusable. Waste of time. After verifying my CC and my ID, they keep locking the account after every transaction. Auto verification followed by manual verification. This has got nothing to do with security. You have already verified my identity multiple times, and you have already verified my credit card with microtransactions. Why keep locking the account again and again for manual verification? After every transaction? That's excessive and makes the app unusable. I can't even see my old gift ca

This is the most bug-filled app I think I've ever used. I couldn't do anything on it. Errors when trying to add my bank account. I managed to add my credit card, then when trying to purchase any gift cards, it says "invalid purchase amount" for no reason. App is super laggy, randomly crashes, and my favorite part is it has white text on a white background in some spots. I give up, I wouldn't trust this hunk of junk to keep my or anyone's payment information secure.
