They fixed all my negatives and the app is good now, 😀 The app doesn't retrieve or even remember your trip. Even if you enter you trip booking reference and then select any other option in the app it still promts for the trip reference again. This is a pretty basic usability ability, does anyone at Monza actually use this app. The improvements it should have are pretty obvious.

Had to change flight dates and after a helpful initial phone call, it was very easy to do online. Next I received my boarding pass using just my flight reference No and surname - fly tomorrow following smooth easy process.

App won't let you book flights once selected and then spent 1 hour trying to chat with someone to request a call back to book the flight. If your app doesn't work you shouldn't charge people 25 dollars in booking fees either.

I haven't had a reply on any of my chatting the chat function for 2 months... I really enjoy Monza as a flight but so very hard to contact if issues...
