It won't go out of AI analyzing and when I restart the app it goes right back to AI analyzing your expenses it gets to 79% and sticks there no option to skip the analyzing your expensive l expenses either Boo, Boo

So after qualifying to get my taxes done for free on the IRS website, this was the first one that came up. It even said it was free. So I'm like"ok," and started doing my taxes with their software. I get to the very end, and you still gotta pay them to send it in for you. Not only that, but you can't go back through it and see all your tax information that you just put a whole days worth of work into. So, with that being said, I would've given this so 0 stars if it was possible, for lying.

Super sketchy. Advertised tax estimator and makes you go through a whole sign up... Then download the app but pretty much does nothing unless you give it accesses to your bank account. Not as advertised. Super invasive

The app is built on what appears to be naive and presumptuous ideas about users willingness to trust the organizations behind it with personal financial info before the user has had a chance to assess the trustworthiness of the organization and the value proposition of the service offering. You're asked to enter data on their website, so your tax liability can be generated but when it's time to see the results, you have to create an account, then scan a code to download the app, logon, upload doc
