First thing I ask its AI is the most basic request every homebuyer has. "Show me homes in low crime areas." It refuses, saying the question related to a protected class. I had no idea "criminals" was a protected class. Unless of course they're implying something else After that it just stopped responding to queries altogether

Most of the house are price gouges on this app houses that are losing 50k on other apps around like 200k to 300 k on this one the salesman will hear a total ripoff

It takes forever to load and when it does finally it can't find any properties. I know there are plenty of properties as the Real Estate and Trulia apps have no trouble listing them. Don't waste your time with this!
