There are a few bugs in the app. When a flight is entered in local time and then converted to UTC, the date displayed is incorrect. This problem arises only for a few entries. Also, when the aircraft option is selected, the total hours on a particular aircraft also shows a wrong value. Please fix it. Apart from these, it's a simple and user-friendly app.

Very nice for private pilots, but has a lot to be desired as a professional pilots logbook. Tried to contact the devs but no reply. The one time I managed to get a response from their Facebook page, I was told the features I requested were not mainstream (every competing app has them). Loved the seamless integration over devices, absolutely hate the offline features and lack of customization of hours, or nice to know views like a map of destinations visited over time. Dev also rigid and unresponsive. Leaving for a competing app after a year of use.

This review is about the web application: Your new "Upgrade to PREMIUM" banner makes the whole application unusable. This won't convince me to upgrade to premium, this would rather make me quit the whole application. Just implement some useful features that are only accessible to premium users. This is really disappointing.

The app is good, could do with a couple of improvements. I have the paid for subscription which offers enhanced support. I can confirm that enhanced support means you are totally ignored every time you email them. It seems that by default your logbook is publicly shared. I can't find a way to turn this on or off, and support is not responding to me. There is a useful feature that allows you to share your logbook with someone as a web link. This does not work. No help from support.
