If you are afraid of losing your physical logbook and with that your whole career track, RB Pilot Logbook is the app to have. It is handy, and they regularly add new features in order to keep it fresh and up-to-date. They are also really efficient when it comes to user's problems. As a personal experience, this morning they helped me to fix an issue and they did so in, literally, just a matter of minutes. Last but not least, it is always nice to know that your digital logbook is backed up by CAE.

Overall good. The ACARS picture function is finicky at best though. Seems it will usually get the times right, but the airports and flight numbers only seem to get grabbed from the ACARS flight logs which don't show the right airports. Like I said, overall good though. Think it's worth the 70 bucks a year. Saves a lot of time when you have to pack everything up, do a talk around, and hustle to your next plane (or ride home) across the airport.

Edit: crashing issue has been resolved with the latest update + deleting and re-installing the app. The logbook it extremely completes, but I mean TOO complete. I'd love to be able to permanently some fields that I never use when it comes to logging flights to make my life easier. Other than that, it's integration with Roster Buster means I barely have to lift a finger to log my airline flights so that's nice.

Suddenly the subscription wasn't renewed this month, it declined every single card or PayPal account I tried. All my other subscriptions to other apps correctly renewed so my guess is that there is something wrong with RB. Please have a look into it Edit 30/07/2023: I used the same credit card to pay for a monthly subscription on my iPad, and it worked fine, so it seems to be an issue related to Google Play

Went to add my acars photo to my logbook, and it is not there anymore. Waiting for update to fix this. I will be canceling my subscription and will be deleting the app. I no longer have faith in any of RB products.

I purchased premium for this app but even though the money was deducted the app kept saying I didn't have it. I submitted a support request to get it resolved which took about 1 month to receive feedback from by which point I had already started using a different app and asked for a refund their response was that they resolved the issue which they did not, so I submitted another request asking for a refund and after more than another month they finally fixed the issue, but I don't care anymore.
