Very easy online booking, good price. Wish there would be more frequent flights yerevan to nice and all year round

The app os very good. And I want to say actually, after I read the feedbacks about this company I was about to cancel my flight, but to be honest my experience with this company "against all odds" was good, the flight was on time and the crew were good also, the legroom was below average and of course there were no services as expected, after all this is a low-cost airline, all in all I had a pleasant flight and thankfully I didn't encounter any problems.

Good convenient app, but not maintained as often as it should be. For instance, new directions like Yerevan-Cologne were not showing here for a week, but they were showing on their site. And this app was my only way to pay with a Fly One account for the tickets.

Three flights was delayed. Last flight in row was delayed more than 12 hours. It's not a flight company it's bool sheet.

Absolutely horrible airline. I had flight from Dublin to Istanbul via Chisinau. I checked in and I had two boarding passes. When I landed in Chisinau my boarding pass from Chisinau to Istanbul just vanished. I had to take taxi and drive to airport to make check in again because their support can't solve issues online in a short term. Highly Do NOT recommend "fly one" if you have strict schedule. In addition to that they changed connection flight one day ahead without option to refund it.

Useless app, almost never been able to pay for tickets or additional services through it, error after error, even to check in is sometimes hard, the app and the company itself absolute joke, I always book and pay for seats in advance because they are selling more tickets than seats, and they can kick you out if you don't have a prebooked seat, they still rescheduled my flight for another date, although the original flight took place on that day with a delay, just removed me from the list
