Good convenient app, but not maintained as often as it should be. For instance, new directions like Yerevan-Cologne were not showing here for a week, but they were showing on their site. And this app was my only way to pay with a Fly One account for the tickets.

This app is fairly convenient, but it's also a bit buggy. You really can't return to a booking in progress. You have to do it all in one sitting, preferably without turning off your screen. My card was rejected the first time, so I had to close the app, clear the booking, and re-enter everything. It accepted it then.

The app os very good. And I want to say actually, after I read the feedbacks about this company I was about to cancel my flight, but to be honest my experience with this company "against all odds" was good, the flight was on time and the crew were good also, the legroom was below average and of course there were no services as expected, after all this is a low-cost airline, all in all I had a pleasant flight and thankfully I didn't encounter any problems.

When they sent the digital ticket, it was written that the flight will take place at 16:20. We have arrived at the airport, and we showed our passports then they gave us the ticket in paper. We went to wait for the flight, and they told us that the airplane already left. And it was true, on the paper ticket there was written a different time of departure. We're now struggling to get reimbursed. Fly one is literally a company of real thiefs. Thank you so much!

Very bad experience. Flights were rescheduled. Notification was sent less than two hours before original departure even though website showed the delay. The mobile app does not show any details what is going on. Check in was closed in the mobile application with no information why it is disabled. It then becomes clear why - they charged 150 euros for the checking in the airport. Be very careful with this company. They are not trustworthy and all this to overcharge you.

The most horrible airline ever, they have changed my flight timings earlier 3 hours and that's caused me a lot of problems, and they have charged me additional fees for this.
