I've enjoyed using this app despite it crashing/glitching daily, but now it seems to have permanently crashed and even after uninstalling and re-installing on my phone, it's still showing an "unknown error" message every time I try to open it.

I Love remote deposit, but the mobile app is never up to the minute accurate like Capital Bank's was before ownership was transferred. I'm never sure if my banner is correct. I'm considering deleting my mobile app. I may even change my bank.

I can't call to check on a withdrawal, can't log in, have to constantly change login credentials. Been out of town settling my late mother's estate. And I guarantee I won't be depositing that settlement check in this bank. I've had better luck logging in on her bank account than my own. After over 40yrs, I'm afraid it's going to be goodbye!
