Focus by Timespace

Focus is the ultimate productivity planner for remote work. Let others know what you are working on with a simple tap and effortlessly share all related content.

Focus incorporates elements of mindfulness so you can maintain a healthy balance between work and play. Use it at work and at home to improve your focus and well-being.

WHAT MATTERS THE MOST

With so much work to do and so many activities in our daily lives, we can easily lose track of time and feel constantly stressed. Focus organizes your day and breaks it down into individual activities and tasks to help you understand how and where you spend your time. Take back control of your life and find more time for doing the things you love.

WORK TOGETHER

Simply tap the focus button to let others know what you are working on without interrupting them. Declutter your mind by focusing on just one thing at a time. We live in an age of distractions – emails, phone calls, app notifications – they all leave us feeling unproductive and stressed out. Focus strengthens your ability to resist distractions.

Share activities with content attached and reduce the need for others to interrupt you. Seeing what others are focusing on leads to a feeling of presence and enables people to help each other to achieve common goals.

TIME TRACKING AND REPORTING

Get time tracking reports to learn what takes up your time, see a breakdown of your sales pipeline and export your raw data when you need it.

EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE

Add emails by simply forwarding them to Focus and sync Google Calendar to keep track of your appointments. Connect to Dropbox to automatically gather, store and organize photos and files you create.

AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE

Forget having to switch backwards and forwards between different apps. Focus works on your phone, tablet or computer so you can easily switch without interrupting your flow. Each and every activity is automatically synced across your devices.
