I had a issue of the carta no going to concentrate mode. I contacted the company through the focus v website and they got back to me quickly. It would help to register your product first. Also if you are having trouble with getting it to dab mode take off the automizer. Remove batteries (flip upside down and re insert) then that should polorize it. Then turn it back on without the automizer on it. And connect to the app and then put the automizer back on and tighten it til it is tight.

I honestly believe all the people experiencing issues haven't looked up the common issues with the app. I had mine in C° instead of F° so it looked like it was stuck in flower mode but it was actually that I'm a total idiot and didn't check that the settings were right for me... Once I switched it to F° I've had zero issues and actually realized I had no issues before that, I just couldn't read the temperature. I guarantee a solid fraction of you are experiencing the same "issue".

I've only had mine for a short time and I've seen people complain that they can't toggle between flower and wax for you to use flower you need to have the flower atomizer it'll know which atomizer you're using whether for the flower or whether for the wax when I bought my rig I bought the flower atomizer extra it was like 30 bucks and the rig works a hell of a lot better than I thought it would

Does it work.... Yes. Iv seen the apple version of this app and it is insanely upgraded. Very frustrating they don't release the same version, especially with this one being so basic.

Carta 2 pairs with app but does not send any signal nor is there any new functions via android app. Seems like pretentious apple nepotism strikes again. SMH.
