Where is the channel list on the new app? How to add them to the main screen, at least the favorites on the main screen at the top? Please allow the favorite channels on the main screen at the top. I'm not interested in your recommendations. They are not even tailored to my preferences. I don't understand who could have made such a bad decision and do such a huge change without doing a bit of research.... at least copy what other providers are doing if you don't have a strategy for app UI...

So, it's 2 days now since this app is not working anymore. "Lucky" for me, the automatic payments for this subscription are still going on. I'd assume that some notifications would be in order if some technical difficulties are involved. But no, so I will see now what I have to do to unsubscribe (fingers crossed).
