Glitchy, not user-friendly, and not easy to use or navigate. Tried to edit my profile and pay membership several times, just returns me to the home page.

If I could rate this app less I would! It is absolutely atrocious. It is riddled with bugs and errors, it is always having trouble loading data, it is constantly timing out, it shows different content every time I log in, sometimes my relevant data is there in my profile and other times it isn't. It is so bad it feels like a scam!

Tried making a payment, 4 payments showing. Now one is processing for over 30 mins now, no option to stop it. Logged out and back in the same thing happened, then I downloaded the app to see if I could start a fresh, same thing continued from first log in. As a last attempt I turned my phone off and back on, and it's still doing the same thing. Angry is not the word.

Can't even get past the quick tour as the done button is too low and where the back button for android is.
