• Steps and exercise sessions • Active calories and total calories burned • Heart rate, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability (HRV) • Sleep patterns • Blood glucose • Oxygen saturation (SpO2)
Sharing this information is completely optional and not required to use the app. When you choose to connect a device, these insights can help you and your care team better understand your overall wellness trends and support your care plan.
