My FollowBlucon app gives speech alarms of my son's readings every 5 minutes, with a bipping alarm, even when those readings are in range... Alarms should be when readings are out of range only ! Imagine using this app during the night...

This app world gir the first couple of weeks. Now it gas just froze on a day and reading. Tryed to get in contact with app admin via email but got no answer. Should have bought a maio!!!! Now I can't see my daughter's reading at all !!! Can anyone resolve the problem?

Poor quality app - app stops working randomly - then my wife has to uninstall and reinstall. Even then - I can not remove her from my blucon app under caregivers! Very poor design

App keeps crashing when we click on any person in following table, reported the issue multiple times & response I get is to reinstall the app. Even After purchasing such an expensive device there is no after sales service
