For the price this is a great camera. It was super easy to install and if you follow the instructions, it's easy to install the application and start monitoring your property. I purchased one, but ended up giving it to.y son. Then I purchased 2 more for my house so that I have a definite peace of mind.

Charged multiple times per camera per subscription for the same thing. Being double and triple charged. Told on the app if I want to see the video I must upgrade. So I upgrade and still don't get to see the video. Even when working "correctly" it is substandard at best. Zero customer support or help. Stay away from this company.

This app and camera is real suspicious. I paid for top up 3 days ago and my subscription is still showing I haven't paid yet. After the free subscription nothing works now it's like the company is fishing for people information. Cards etc. Noone returns phone call or emails!
