I love how easy it was to set up. I also love some of the unique features like being able to set very specific areas that you want paid attention too and only if a human is detected not every time a car drives past or an animal sets it off. I haven't paid for a cloud account or the paid version, but it's a bit to spendy for me. Keep up the good work tho!!

I updated the network and resetting the cameras worked well. You have to set two SSIDs - one is 2.4 and the other 5GHz so that you can scan on 2.4.

Absolutely rubbish. I've been with cloud edge for at least 4 yrs now and can say it's overall rubbish. The playback freezes, cuts out and sometimes doesn't even replay at all.

1. This app will not let me record ALL DAY even though I have a new 32 GB SD card and is recognized. When I try to click on the setting it does nothing to change it from the Event Only recording. 2. I see 2 MOTION EVENT RECORDINGS when I check the SD card, but when I click the Messages icon it shows NONE, and I received NO NOTIFICATIONS! :-/ 3. This app is not user-friendly. They have a lot of work to do on this app. I have used many security camera apps, this is one of the worst!

This doorbell camera and App have been enshitified with both annoying advertising and now pop up notification advertising. I am only a few steps away from knocking this spyware off my front door.
