Just got the app. So far so good! I got some Dekco cameras from Amazon a couple of years back and just now set them up to use. This app was what the user manual said to use, but I had found that Dekco now has their own app for newer cameras that I could also use...but thank God I could still use this one because their app has such horrible reviews I was scared to try it.

I have two cameras. My front camera is driving me nuts. It works great, but it's classed as unallocated. I pay the fees on both cameras. Wish you had a one payment for both. Also I've tried everything to get rid of the unallocated to service name. These cameras are fantastic, but you need to play fair when people have dual cameras.

This app just updated, and now it crashes when trying to resize the screen to full screen. Also, now my videos don't play even though it shows me there's a video recording. Can you revert the update? I may need to change cameras now if it doesn't get back working like it was.

Very disappointed in the latest update. I cannot get the app to work correctly with my Echo. Live view ends wth camera not responding. Alarms, notifications and recordings are delayed 30 sec or more, making it impossible to see what's happening in front of the device 100% of time. Events no longer recording on SD. Issues appear intentional to force users to buy a subscription, reason is his AI detection and cloud storage. Device no longer a viable solution and I will be replacing it.

The only purpose of this app is to make you pay for monthly subscriptions. The camera is working, but I can't access it over Wi-Fi or 5G.
