I am not using the app, it looks to simplistic. HOWEVER, I ported my phone number to fongo for free and I cancelled my canadian mobile plan. Now I have 5gb/mo in 55 countries and free canadian roaming! I must say am I awe!! Tested in several countries, absolutely no issues! You can port your number to fonus too but I like to keep functionality separated for easier management. I am not a heavy social platforms user so 5gb is pretty enough for now, and I always have the option to switch to 20gb.

I used have my phone with Komodo and could not receive and make calls from inside, I had to go outside and nobody could reach me on cell inside the house. Great service

Good voice quality but no call out from car or other devices (recive call only) As this is different from the phone app the integration with car call is limited to receiving calls. Dialing call can only happen from the cellphone which is less convenient (after dialing I can still use car microphone and speaker for the call if cellphone is selected as the audio source) Same goes for smartwatch. Answer call is possible, but dialing is not. Voice quality is good for the region I am in. Thanks

Poor Service, No Support, and Porting Nightmare In Europe and after returning from a trip to Europe, my Fonus SIM stopped working (stuck on H, no LTE, no data or calls). I contacted support multiple times via chat and email — for over a week I was told “it will be fixed tomorrow,” but nothing changed. When I decided to switch providers, Fonus refused to release my number for porting. They also refused to refund the unused period, even though their service was non-functional. Avoid fonus

The interface is not intuitive. The app itself is rather pointless since my phone already has a dial pad for making calls as well as a directory for all my contacts. Worst of all, the eSIM did not work once I landed in my destination. I tried removing the eSIM from my phone. The eSIM could not be removed or re-activated. I need to contact Samsung' customer support to get rid of it. A total waste of time and money.
