I had never faced any issue, I am a heavy user of this app, always satisfied with their ever attractive offers and deliveries onetime, no delivery fee offers. Now seriously switching due to lack of offers and delivery charges for within 500 m distant restaurant also. But I researched, wish box is best among rest in offers.

They claim they are the best food and grocery delivery in Qatar! Wow such claim huh. There is absolutely no customer support whatsoever in their app. They just leave all responsibilities to the restaurant you ordered in. What's more, if you wish to contact them, they will ask for your email and your name even if you're already logged in! Our order didn't also come after 1 hour and realized that no driver accepted our order. The restaurant already prepared our order but was not dispatched.

Pathetic app crashed few times while placing order. Delivery is typically delayed, and they do not have any phone number to call for support or follow up. No one responds to the message based support service they have. Give wrong status adout the orders on the app. My order is ready at the restaurant, restaurant says waiting for the wish box rider for 20 minutes and the app says the order is being prepared....regret placing order through them.
