I like the structured programs (would like to see more) & the progress tracking, rep speed is useful. Improvements: - 3 sec countdown before a set is too short. Making it customizable or adding auto-start for the next exercise after rest would improve flow. - Tempo info disappears once the set begins. - The app doesn’t account for additional equipment (e.g. jammer arms). - Exercise demonstrations-most are filmed from the same angle, which limits guidance on setup, posture and alignment.

Definitely a great app with quality workouts and great trainer examples specifically matched with your equipment. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the X series equipment (mine is X15) is not compatible. Also, there is no tailoring to specific attachments. And, the tailoring that they do have such as only having a flat bench vs incline bench doesn't work properly.

The app. Is quite user-friendly. The ability to create custom programs would be a valuable enhancement. I am finding the app beneficial in learning the capabilities of my new g12 machine.

Confusing app. Biggest issue is that nothing is tailored according to my gear. I don't have barbell, but it is still used for my tailored program. Just nonsense.

App does not work any bottom menu bar / no explore ect. Once I'm done the survey im forever locked into that selection of workout routines.

Bought a G1 but no G1 support. There were QR codes all over the box for this app, so I downloaded it. There's no option for G1 owners to use the app as you have to select a piece of equipment. I chose a G3 just to get through, but then the workouts include the smith machine which I don't have and didn't want

Just bought the G12 and was hoping to use the app, but the app is not customizable at all. I want to be able to do a 4-day Upper/Lower day, but it's complex to be able to choose the program, as the names are not very descriptive (e.g. ****** strength). I would like the app to be more customizable.
