Hybrid strength coach gives you direct access to some of the best training programs around, dedicated staff and helpful community, and some incredible gains if you do your part. I started on the old web based program, and switched to the app at launch. I have been able to reach new heights and goals for my own fitness level, and continue to have gains across the board. Great programming, but the app crashes all the time, or randomly logs me out, or closes where I was. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app often when it crashes, but sometimes that doesn't even work. Really frustrating when you're trying to work out, but can't see your program. I would love if there was a way to access my program via the website for when the all stops working. Despite that I will continue using it because I love the hybrid programming.

Workouts are awesome, but the app itself sucks. Constant glitching, have to complete workout like 40 times for it to finally take. Only reason I keep it is because of the plan and the fact that I paid for it. PLEASE DEBUG THIS.
