Great platform for the Hybrid training programs. However, the app needs some work. Hoping someone from Hybrid would see this! - Not all exercises have demos. - Substitute exercises are not easily accessible. It isn't on the build program anyway - You must scroll through the days on your program rather than just pressing on the day. The scroll function is very sensitive! Programming is fantastic and reasonably priced, which is difficult to find these days!

Great programming, but the app crashes all the time, or randomly logs me out, or closes where I was. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app often when it crashes, but sometimes that doesn't even work. Really frustrating when you're trying to work out, but can't see your program. I would love if there was a way to access my program via the website for when the all stops working. Despite that I will continue using it because I love the hybrid programming.

Workouts are awesome, but the app itself sucks. Constant glitching, have to complete workout like 40 times for it to finally take. Only reason I keep it is because of the plan and the fact that I paid for it. PLEASE DEBUG THIS.
