To be honest, they are really trying. Their customer care representative replies in some minutes, and there was a day, I called them up-to 4 times that day, and all my issues were solved without any form of displeasure. The only reason I gave them a four star is that they've not found a way to get a euro account yet, which is very important and useful to me. I really hope they are able to get it before June.

★★★★☆ Ismail Isyaku · Jul 22, 2025

They are fast in receiving funds but the app itself doesn't notify you of deposits like other apps do, only email alert which isn't cool. Secondly to verify address keeps showing up sometimes even after you've gotten verified... I think it's some sort of minor bug. Resolve these all, and I'll gladly give a 5-star rating.

★★★★☆ Ifeonu Diala · Nov 11, 2024

I have had a good experience, finally. With helpful customer care service. And I once had a particular transaction fail after a while and Leatherback returned the money directly to my account. I am not giving five stars because the app still closes suddenly, while using it, though the occurrence has reduced significantly. Fix it, and you get a five-star rating 😊.

You guys should add NIN option for Nigerians! Is not everyone that has a Driver's license or Passport most of us have Our Plastic NIN only make the option available too

It takes too long before my money drops In my account, sometimes you have to call the customer service before the drop it

★☆☆☆☆ Edaba Emmanuel · Oct 18, 2024

The worst thing you'll do to yourself is to use leatherback, they receive funds very quickly but to release your money, you'll have to fight and rain down fire and brimstone before you finally withdraw It's been months of my enduring they're service and after today, never again! Extremely sloppy service In all you do, avoid this app! They're not ready for the business they signed up for
