Please reply to my message as it would really help I've had an issue with this app for a while as whenever a bike says "30 mins with £1 unlock" Then when I click that specific bike and unlock it through the app, then at the end of my ride I check that it has charged me for a per minute rate of £0.33 per min instead of 30 mins free with £1 unlock My question is why does it charge me at a per minute rate instead of charging me £1 unlock then 30 mins free like it says on the bike (how to fix pls)

I haven't had an issue in the month since installing the app. Customer service is very good. Perhaps the position of bikes on the map is not quite accurate, but otherwise I'm happy having signed up.

I just wanted to say how frustrating it is to check prior to arrival the area I'll be dropping the bike to make sure it's allowed for parking the bike, only to arrive and not be able to. The app kept saying no parking allowed even though I was next to all these forest bikes. Took me another 15 mins to find a parking area your app has allowed me to clock out at. This charged me nearly 6 pounds more than what I planned. Disgusting

Very bugged app, prone to crashes, not loading any data, etc. Sometimes it makes it impossible to end your ride, costing you extra money. It's bad enough that sometimes it just ignores the minutes you bought and just charge you as if you didn't buy any. Support doesn't do anything and never gets back to you. The bikes were in better shape than Lime, but now it's basically the same so definitely not worth it.
