Multi faceted and interactive. It is a useful, engaging tool to track and manage one's health and wellness goals. The Go app has a multitude of activities listed that can be tracked as activity, yet it seems to be missing common activities like DANCING, HIIT, BOOTCAMP, and CALISTHENICS, at the same time it has uncommon activities listed like CURLING, FENCING, and SQUASH. It has a social aspect, as well. There are group challenges, and goal setting activities. It's a very comprehensive app.

It is a great tracking device. The points add up quickly, and it challenges me. However, it sometimes won't allow me to open it the first time. Sometimes it wants me to log in, but if I wait, it automatically gets in.

App does not properly sync with my fitbit charge and have lost thousands of steps/ points. Options for devices that can be connected is very limited and if you have a device that cannot be connected you cannot enter steps.

Overdrafted bc they double charged me and there is no way to contact someone immediately. Waiting for a response through email is unprofessional and lacks empathy for urgent scenarios like the one I am facing. And all I wanted were some gift cards and here we are. Hire customer service reps please. If we have to wait 20 minutes to chat to a forester rep I think we can wait 20 minutes to talk to a foresters go rep that will remedy situations like this in a timely and urgent manner.

Can't use the app because I can't get past the initial setup. The last step asking for location just causes an error every time I click the button to confirm "yes I'm here"
