This is my first bank and I love it and the app makes it so easy for everything that pertains to your account I love it I love ... just wish I didn't have to buy something to get cash back but other than that I love it.

The app is really simple to use. When you open the app, it's just like walking into your local bank. The one thing I don't like about my experience with Fort era Credit Union is if you only use the app for all your needs, and don't go into a physical bank and make some kind of money exchange you will get charged a fee.

I am actually deleting my old review and writing a new one, not so favorable. This app often "Crashes". It tells me "Accounts Not Available" frequently. I'll have to log in over and over again. I think Fort era is a Wonderful Organization. I hope that they get this fixed.

Not sure what's going on, but this app keeps needing me to recreate login information. It's very annoying to uninstall, reinstall, then recreate the login info for the third time in the last 10 days.

Very buggy. Bank errors causes fees. Most crooked bank in America.

There's a setting for Two-Factor Authentication, but it doesn't work. It never requires it and there's no option to change or update the authentication app used.
