Staff kept telling me my food would be ready in a couple of minutes, only for me to later find out they never even checked the system, never relayed my order to the cooks, never actually checked when my food would be ready, and just gas lit me until I figured out what was going on and cancelled my order. Why offer online ordering if you're not going to bother checking for online orders?

Every time I get to the payment screen, the app crashes and erases my order. It also says it found a closer location to me, but the new location is 50 miles from me.
