I agree with the others that the program is worthwhile and pays for itself in benefits extremely quickly if you travel or need frequent business expenses to operate. It's basically all the AMEX perks I could want without the terrible credit card! I love it. This app is basically a small benefits directory. I use it as a reference tool though and never follow through with the perks on-device. Rather, I find the perk on this app, then use the perk when I can log into the web-app experience.

In the short time since I got my card then upgraded to elite it's already paid for itself. I decided to upgrade because I had a lot of travel and hotels in my future and some business purposes such as a laptop, smartwatch, electric bike etc. and after carefully reviewing I need the benefits we're going to far outweigh the cost. I'm super happy with my decision and today my founders card. I only upgraded a couple of months ago & that fast it paid for the upgrade. Thank you FC

If I have standard membership then why the hell majority of the shown benefits require Elite membership? Show me what is available to me! Scam!!

The app is adequate, but the savings are not as great as they promote. For example, the discounts for United are only for select flights, and if it is a partner airline, you are better off going to their website. I found the same price on United without using the app, not really a 16% savings. I found little value from the card overall. When I went to cancel it, I was basically told, "Thanks for paying. We won't renew you." Be wary.

I mostly got the Founders Card based on the discount for United. Turns out that when I use the Founders Card discount options when booking on United, it actually quotes higher prices than without the Founders Card. I have contacted Founders Card supports a number of times providing examples. A resolution has not been provided. Buyer Beware !
