Very useful app, easy to use, great feature showing where the bus is on its way. It is easy to monitor your ride. Prices are also affordable. Buses clean, fast and drivers are very friendly. And helpful if needed :)

Terrible app. Error codes everywhere, no one answers the phone number the error code prompts when unable to register card. Reinstalled to try fix. And now every one time code is expired. Waste of time

Regularly suggests impossible routes. One time my bus never appeared, another time my connecting bus had already left when I arrived at the connection.

Fram services are a hoax. You guys indicate a phone number on your website. I am a tourist coming to norway... I have written you via the on-site ticket system on your website, no reply in 3 days. 2 days back-to-back I have been calling you, staying on the phone for TWENTY MINUTES and calling multiple times. I always got the NORWEGIAN AUTOMATED RESPONSE (which I can of COURSE understand as a tourist, definitely so). And this EVEN THOUGH you only take calls from 10-11 on WEEKDAYS... WATDAFK ????
