Really impressed on reinstalling the app after several years not living near a branch to find my old stamps were still there! Criticism on other reviews about the difficulty checking-in to get the stamp to credit in the first place are, from what I recall fair, with codes sometimes not working for no obvious reason. Fine to use if you have the patience to hang around in the restaurant to get the stamp to credit when paying the bill, not so good if you don't want to make a fuss.

I cannot resonate with the other reviews at all. My registration process was simple and efficient. After my first order I had two stamps added to my account automatically (as I made an order + collect), as explained on the bottom of my receipt. From my experience so far I don't understand why this app has a rating of 1.7 stars, very confusing. Don't be put off by the reviews.

Trying to set it up and register is impossible, I can't complete my DOB details because it doesn't let you select done to move on.

Check in or add stamp doesn't work. Have lost a few stamps because of that. Useless.

At the restaurant the DOB selector would never stop resetting (it did work later at home) but two attempts to enter a validation code failed. Not going to try again, also discourages future visits.

Franco Manca lose plenty of business from me as the app is hugely erratic and unreliable. As I write, I am thinking of plan b for lunch as I simply cannot get it to work today, despite restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app etc. Such a pity
