Delivery prices a little over the top. Many other sites offer free delivery on orders over a specific order costs. Will look for alternative site with better delivery offers.

Asking me to update the app to the newest version, which I've already done, uninstalled the app re-installed it, still saying update to the newest version?????

Download the app and then can't do anything as notification saying that Frasers no longer support the version and to update but when clicking on update nothings happens and same again. Also everything in my bag disappeared and I'm not browsing and having the same sizing availability issues etc. Waste of time today. Also, when searching for a specific size the search results should be more specific to save scrolling through lots of things that are only available in a few random sizes.

Great App for purchasing items, but the delivery and return costs are very high. Not user-friendly when trying to trace an order that hasn't been delivered. This is obviously intentional and not customer focused.
