It's amazing for when you are away from the office computer; however, I wish you could actually add a vehicle from the app instead of waiting for confirmation from the computer software.

Giving the app 5 star because Frazer customer service and dealer management software is top-notch at 55 bucks a month. Frazer is a great company. There app doesn't do much but Frazer is 5 stars with everything else they do.

I have enjoyed this app for many years, but due to recent changes it has become useless to me. Can't copy a VIN any more by holding your finger on it for a second. I used that feature to paste a VIN into carfax or a car parts website to order parts. Why would you take away from an app that doesn't do much as it is? I can definitely tell that the people setting up the program have no clue what a dealer needs a daily basis. Time to start searching for a software company willing to evolve.

Can't copy vin as used to. Has become redundant on my phone after many years of use. Won't update inventory either. Frustrating.
