One star is one too many. One of the reasons I chose to travel by Frecciargento was because there was onboard Wi-Fi. It's impossible to log on, either via browser or via this useless app, which sells 5 you to log in, which is difficult without a profile. You can't register either. This is a borderline scam

Absolutely unnecessary app. Allow your damn customers to access Wi-Fi the moment they step on the train, make them login on their browser and leave them to enjoy their journey. This app's very existence is a joke.

Appalling, just appalling. As others have said, insists you create an account, and when you try to do so it says you've entered the wrong information. And without it, apparently, you can't access the onboard Wi-Fi. So, no Wi-Fi for 3+ hours at 6:00am from Florence to Naples with nothing to see out of the windows because it's still dark. It's a useless, evidently pointless app and a waste of time and effort. Save yourself frustration and don't bother downloading it.
