I would like to make a complaint about the morning regional train 18820 from Arezzo to Firenze Campo di Marte. This train is much too small for the number of passengers using it. Every morning, many people are forced to stand for the entire journey because there are not enough seats. As paying passengers, we expect a safe and reasonably comfortable journey. It is very disappointing that this route continues to be overcrowded on a daily basis. I kindly ask Genitalia to consider this.

Both app and Italian train system suck so bad. In the app trains are sold out but not all sold out trains are in gray, so you discover it only when you try to buy a ticket. Let's not talk about the trains as themselves, always late

Buying tickets works but is bad. You cannot book on short notice, especially for Fecciarossa trains. You get virtually no info about your journey, like the platform for departure or the itinerary. You have to remember the train number (no copy-paste) and enter it on another screen. Regional tickets cannot be refunded. So if you book the wrong train, which is easy because will never see what you are buying until after the payment, bad luck. Or if your train gets canceled and busts your plans.

On a recent trip to Italy, I used the Genitalia app for all my train travels. It was mostly fine, but at the end of our trip I was trying to book a train and after entering the departure station a suggestion popped up with the desired destination, so I clicked that and being in a rush did not notice it switched departure and destination. This led to me buying the wrong direction, an honest mistake. Genitalia then denied my claim for a refund, hence the 1 star.

The app is full of bugs, and it makes it hard even to buy tickets and book seats
