I would like to make a complaint about the morning regional train 18820 from Arezzo to Firenze Campo di Marte. This train is much too small for the number of passengers using it. Every morning, many people are forced to stand for the entire journey because there are not enough seats. As paying passengers, we expect a safe and reasonably comfortable journey. It is very disappointing that this route continues to be overcrowded on a daily basis. I kindly ask Genitalia to consider this.

The new update is garbage made with vibe coding: UI looks nice but continuous failures of all kind. The app continues to fail in all feature (during purchases, checking train status, retrieving ticket), sometimes even making it impossible to buy tickets after multiple attempt. A train service like Traintalia should guarantee a stable way to buy tickets online...

They cheat with you with half of the Information. They give train travel for 8 hours and issue ticket for 4 hours. We paid other 130 euro to train manager due to wrong system of app. Don't buy ticket from this app

Good luck getting a refund on your ticket via this app. There's no button and if you want to do it you need to WRITE A LETTER. For a 7 euro train ticket. Of course no one is doing that, and I'm pretty sure Genitalia does this on purpose for that reason. And my god, what a train system. The platforms change last minute, trains are late with both departing and arriving. If you have a stop in between your journey, there's a good chance you simply won't make it and have to wait for another hour.

The new app has alot of bugs. The tickets don't update, even after the payment has been deducted it doesn't show on the app nor do I get the ticket via email, and says page error, search trains take longer, every navigation in the app loads for a long time, I had to prove the ticket examiner that the payment was successfully but no ticket was provided. It's a hasel. The old version was PERFECT SMOOTH AND RELIABLE.
