I would like to make a complaint about the morning regional train 18820 from Arezzo to Firenze Campo di Marte. This train is much too small for the number of passengers using it. Every morning, many people are forced to stand for the entire journey because there are not enough seats. As paying passengers, we expect a safe and reasonably comfortable journey. It is very disappointing that this route continues to be overcrowded on a daily basis. I kindly ask Genitalia to consider this.

Genitalia just experienced a data breach on their ticket systems today (26th of June 2026), leaking personal data of anyone that bought tickets. There's more information online if you're interested. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy tickets online, buy them physically, and avoid this app. I made that mistake and I regret it.

Both app and Italian train system suck so bad. In the app trains are sold out but not all sold out trains are in gray, so you discover it only when you try to buy a ticket. Let's not talk about the trains as themselves, always late
