I love that the first order you literally get some free prints but u obviously have to pay shipping. I got about 45 photos (anything higher u have to start to pay) I'm using them for my wall! I heard of free prints by a friend, and I'm so glad I did first order, and I'm already loving this.

Give me the option to deselect all selected, how is this not thought of?! I can select all but not deselect all when I have to scroll through thousands of photos to uncheck each one. How are you guys not thinking of this?! Your AI (slop) is atrocious, I had to ask it more than once and it finally for me to select all my photos (THOUSANDS which took a while) then to deselect all. Why can't there be a deselect current button?! Cmon, you guys need to fix this app.

Always expect your prints to be delivered late. I gave them too many chances because I thought their service might have improved. I made sure all the info was complete, including the unit number and buzzer code, but there are always issues with delivery. When you reach out to customer service, you only receive generic responses, and you have to wait several days before becoming eligible for a reprint. By the time the reprint arrives, it is already past the time the prints were needed.

Always late, never on time. When I started using this service it was great! They arrived on time almost always, and if they didn't, they would arrive within 2 days of the date they estimated. Since I moved, the pictures I order have been arriving WEEKS after they say they should arrive! It's always a guessing game, and I've had to have multiple orders reprinted because they don't arrive at all! Very upset with this service. Wish they would get here on time...
