Absolute mess of album and cover was pic with a big calendar month on it and kaylee needs braces small print under it pure ridiculous n pic of our dog center ....refund after a long rigmarole with no offer resend replacement properly but try blame customers, but you can see in original order your pic ordered cover says cherish the moments and dog with us under it ....pure mess up ...advise buy an album and put them in yourself from a photo shop or any other place ....i won't use photo book again

Ordered acrylic magnet arrived cropped wrong, replacement arrived cropped wrong (refund has been made) I've ordered a photobook in two sizes, small one arrived with pictures cropped wrong even though I've copied pictures without any adjustments from my gallery, now I've been asked to pay for replacement It's three mistakes on the row in short four weeks
