App is a bit slow in navigation, especially when selecting on the map. Other than that, most trailers are very new and in good condition.

Most of the experience was great. However, one big issue: we reserved a trailer at Ikea, and we took longer than planned. I expected we would just have to pay extra for the reserved time - but instead, the reservation was SILENTLY cancelled. We didn't see this as a policy mentioned before we reserved it.

Having to wait for 20 min just to access my booked trailer is retarded. I have 8 trailers In front of me just because I'm early I'm punished, the limit of picking up a trailer at the earliest 15 min before the booked time then at least have 30 min intervals when booking in the App. Also the customer support basically called me an idiot for having a simple question in addition he was also very hard to understand cuz his English was garbage

Not free. In sweden this is called false advertising and carries a fine up to 4% of revenue. Why are companies like this allowed to operate in sweden? This app wasted 20 min of my life.
