I have chosen free trailer a lot of times I choose it instead of any other company The good thing about them that you can leave your free trailer whenever you Sometimes want I leave it at 1:00 a.m. in the night You don't need an employee to return it They have been my favorite company until they have raised the price Now you only get 4 hours for free That sucks I think that they need to make it 6 or 5 hours. The price is definitely worth it are very smart company they are great 🌹💕❤️

Most of the experience was great. However, one big issue: we reserved a trailer at Ikea, and we took longer than planned. I expected we would just have to pay extra for the reserved time - but instead, the reservation was SILENTLY cancelled. We didn't see this as a policy mentioned before we reserved it.

Booked trailer, they took money, tried for an hour to open lock with 3 different phones, didn't menaged.... awesome 100% recommend to the worst enemy

Free trailer - the new app I need to pay for the trailer that used to be free. No VIPs or Google Pay, so requires you to enter your physical credit card (so remember to foresee that your local store has switched to free trailer before you go, so you can remember to take your credit card to pay for the free trailer).

Joke of an app... Nice idea, poor implementation. App has a calendar that renders with an 8-day week. Won't let me register address or a phone number that isn't Denmark (I'm in Sweden). Now reading all the horror stories :D Edit: tried the website. It has different requirements for a valid password so that's really inconsistent. Still can't have anything but a Danish address, but international phone numbers are allowed! Also, it doesn't like chrome: "unsupported browser"
