The app sucks, when I returned the trailer it did not unlock, I was charged 9 times more for 2 hours of delay. This is pure scam. Will never use it again.

App asks for three pictures of the trailer upon return, but when you take a picture the app just returns to the active rentals screen. I am thus unable to properly terminate the rent.

Stuck on: sending one-time code eventually had to give up on collecting my trailer and rent in another place. At least the refund was fairly smooth

The service is garbage compared to Free trailer. First trailer had dead battery on lock, and I had to switch to another. This caused a 45-minute delay and when I tried to extend rental I was not allowed. Had to pay late fee. Expect a refund.
