I arrived here around 1am. My appointment was for 10:am. There is plenty of parking, so I was able to get some sleep. Woke up checked in. you have to walk your paper work to the guard shack. The Lady and Gent in the guard shack were awesome. Got a door... was in & out with in an appropriate time. I will be delivering to this location again. Great DC to load, and unload. 5 stars easy from me

The payment method through this app was pretty straight forward but time taken by Albert sons Tracy to process the payment was awfully long about 3 to 4 hours. I don't know all the nuts and bolts of process, and it might be solely the delay at Albert sons end.

Arrived 15 minutes ahead of appointment time. Given assigned door# 30 minutes after arrival. Unloaded just after 6.15am local Colorado time. Paid lumper fees some 45 minutes ago (06.55am). Still waiting for paperwork to leave site, have a 1,000-mile drive to Los Angeles in California, been to the office, where you ARE NOT ALLOWED to WAIT! And told that it could be another 90 minutes before paperwork is POSSIBLY ready. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!
