You can (and must) write the word to practice. It is simply a text-to-speech voice that pronounces things 70-80% correct. The word "Mais" was pronounced with a somewhat off vowel, and with an "s" on the end. Forgo has actual pronunciations available. I want something that can compare my pronunciation with the ideal one. This app can't help at all, unfortunately

This is the worst app for french pronunciation. For example, fille is pronounced fill and garçon garcon. This is english pronunciation not French. Do not install.

I don't think the pronunciation app is satisfying because it's like am I listening to English words ....there are a lot of differences between the native and this pronunciation in French....it is useful yet not satisfying...
