Useless app. I deleted it today after trying to order something from the closest Fresh ii storefront only to be told that the store was closed, at 7:30 pm. I walked over and ordered directly at the 'closed' store. The app will also not allow you to delete anything in your cart. It also stopped adding any promotional discount at checkout, including the bowl of the day discount. Like other reviews, the scrolling is horribly inconsistent on my android phone.

The app won't let me pay, even using my credit card or reloading the gift card. I tried multiple times with payment combinations, but in the end I had to go directly to the store to order. (And some deals are in-app only.)

Be very careful ordering from the app. It automatically adds a tip you do not choose. Almost cost me 10 bucks for a pickup order tip. Pick up. Highly recommend you use any other food delivery app. They all start at zero percent tip and let you choose. Read your orders carefully. Fresh ii can't be trusted
