App has bugs but CS is great. I was on the order page and hit the back button on my phone, but the app glitched out and sent my order in. the store is closed, so I emailed customer service. They were able to cancel my order for me within the hour.

I ordered through the app to pick up food the other night, and it claimed the restaurant was open till 9pm, so I put in my order just before 8pm and the app took my money from my account and told me my order would be ready at 814pm. I arrived at 817pm to find a closed restaurant. I never got my food and support was only willing to give me 400 free points "out of good faith" after essentially stealing 45 dollars from me. I love the food but DO NOT use this app to order your food.

App is a little fussy. Seems to work better if you enable permissions then restart. Had an issue with item missing due to app but order was replaced with a smile! Great fresh food, great home Taco kit!

App is always so slow and buggy. I only use it to scan the QR code and redeem points. It's way easier to order it store or using a browser than fumbling with the app.

Shows offers you can get in store with no way to redeem them in app, so you get to order knowing you're paying more. In store has offers (e.g. Taco Tuesday has cheaper 3 taco meal) but can't do that in app, so when you go to pick up at the store, you're greeted by a sign that reminds you that you overpaid for your meal by using the app they want you to use. I love Quesada but every app they've made has had these kinds of issues.
