★★★★★ Love the staff! And of course their great traditional cappuccinos! Also have a wonderful patio for those days you just want to sit and enjoy your coffee, tea, frappé or whatever you choose.

★★☆☆☆ Friedrich makes me jump through so many hoops each time it updates its app. I have to resign in, sometimes readd payment choices. No other app does this. It's ridiculous. And the changes made aren't even user-friendly improvements. And there is never an option. To add a note to baristas about the order, such as "easy on ice" or "not too hot." Disgusted customer. This nuisance defeats the purpose of having an app. Baristas, however, are great!!!
