Nice device to stay connected with your loved ones. The app is very smooth and easy to connect the device with the internet. The remote touch features too is extremely helpful when I'm away from my lamp.

I love this app as it makes it easy for me to let my loved one know I am thinking about them no matter where I am. The thing I do not like about it is that you can only have ONE remote login. I have 2 lamps. One is for my sister, and she has a paired one and then my other one is for my best friend, and she has the paired one. All of these lamps are set up with their own "accounts" but only allowed to use the remote app for ONE account. Sure wish this changed, so you can do more than one account

It's unnecessarily difficult to join a group. The person who makes the group will send an invitation. The invite goes to your email, and then you must figure out how to get to the group page without making a group yourself because there is no notification within the app that highlights an invitation until you are in the create a group page. That is when and where you will see the invite notice. If it hadn't been so expensive, I would have returned the lamps.

My sister gave as a gift. So far after trying off and on for a year, I still can't get it to connect. I live in the country and don't have "excellent Wi-Fi" as their web states. I am able to use an online accounting program for my job with my Wi-Fi. Very frustrating, and they are not available during evening hours when I have time to work on this project.

It's so glitchy and hard to connect to the lamp. Once connected it's great. But any issues are so painful to troubleshoot.
