I love this app as it makes it easy for me to let my loved one know I am thinking about them no matter where I am. The thing I do not like about it is that you can only have ONE remote login. I have 2 lamps. One is for my sister, and she has a paired one and then my other one is for my best friend, and she has the paired one. All of these lamps are set up with their own "accounts" but only allowed to use the remote app for ONE account. Sure wish this changed, so you can do more than one account

My sister gave as a gift. So far after trying off and on for a year, I still can't get it to connect. I live in the country and don't have "excellent Wi-Fi" as their web states. I am able to use an online accounting program for my job with my Wi-Fi. Very frustrating, and they are not available during evening hours when I have time to work on this project.

It's so glitchy and hard to connect to the lamp. Once connected it's great. But any issues are so painful to troubleshoot.

SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED! Not only are these things expensive, not only do they extort you for a subscription to use it, not only do they require all of your personal Information, but THE APP AND PRODUCT DON'T EVEN WORK RIGHT! This entire company leverages our emotions into throwing loads of money at them, and they don't even have the decency to deliver functioning results. SCAMMERS! Edit: They don't even let one user have two devices! They demand someone else's data! We are the product!
