Connect your new lamps With a step by step process to do the wifi connection, the first time set up is very easy. Select your design and after that every step is well marked to have your lamp connected within minutes of downloading the app. With notifications on each step, its easy to navigate FAQ and HelpConnecting an iOT product can be challenging, Hence there is a button to take you in the frequently asked questions and help menu. If have any questions, this section should be able to answe it. Send colors to your lamp with the appThis is the bonus feature of using the app. With the mobile app, you can now send color messages to your lamp group on the move. Select from the wide spectrum of colors with the slide of a finger and click send. All connected lamps in your group will light up in this color. See the saved colors of each lamp After the connection is done, your home screen will show all the connected lamps in your group. You can nickname the lamps in your group. And their outline will show the last saved colour on each lamp. So in a big group, you can always check who sent the last color.
Recent changes: This update adds milestone celebration screens, country-based review links, review tracking, a one-time home review popup, and follow-up emails for 4–5⭐ reviews.

Love the lamps, love the app. Best buy ever. 1 feature I would love to suggest, is notifications on the app if the lamp is turned on, and you are not near it. All in all. I have nothing but good words for it 🙌

It should add option of notification with color sent to you. So that, when a person is not near the lamp should know what information is sent. This also helps the other person reply at that instant online, even if he/she is not near the lamp.

Loved it at first.... but it constantly disconnects, which sucks for my end even more because when it disconnects from my kids' lamps, I have to call their father to get that fixed, or wait until I am there (they live OOS). Wouldn't be so much of an issue if it didn't do it so constantly. I'm really disappointed that I spent so much money on 3 of these, and they have just become an expensive and depressing purchase. It's now a costly reminder of how I Can't stay connected to my kids.

Lamps worked great in the beginning now it disconnects daily and the app freezes or crashes on the connection screen. I've deleted, re-uploaded, cleared cache, I've tried everything. Sometimes it will re-connect on its own and start working again. But for the price of these things I would think the technology and software would be more advanced. Could definitely use an upgrade
