I've not actually used the app yet, but I've used the website and love it! It makes sending gifts to people who live far away super easy. I do have a suggestion though. I would add an auto text feature that sends a text to the sender when the flowers have been delivered. I sent flowers for a funeral with a card, but I don't want to bother the family in their grief to make sure they received them...so a text when they were delivered would be nice.

Awful! Ordered 530 am, paid extra for same-day delivery & delivery by 12:00 noon. FLOWERS NEVER EVEN MADE IT THROUGH THE WHOLE DAY! Surprise ruined, best they could offer was a refund and scripted apology! Sad day 😞

Disappointed! Will never again purchase flower here, I placed an order for same-day delivery on July 12th (should've been delivered on July 13th). By midday, they said it will be delivered by 6pm, after 6pm, the flowers suddenly couldn't be delivered, and they told me it will be delivered on the 14th.... Way to ruin a birthday!! Also, no updates were provided! I had to reach out each time for an update.... If I was informed on the status I could've made alternative plans!!!

Order wrong! I ordered 2 dozen roses for my nephew who lost his dad with a special message on the card. The order arrived late and only had 1 dozen roses and the card was blank. Never again will I trust From You Flowers!!!!!
