Works, but it's usefulness is very limited even with the paid subscription. There are simply not many options for any kind of meaningful automation, even on the inverter's local web server. For quickly checking the system it's fine though. Not a fan of the new flow animation, but can be changed back in settings thankfully. For anyone wanting more, I recommend setting up a proper Home Automation system like Home Assistant and/or Node Red with Solar Net and Modbus integration. That works very well.

I have connected my Fronius invertor via LAN cable to my router, now after downloading the solar web app, I can see and monitor the solar system. Syn my invertor data logger to the time zone is offset and has an issue. Overall, system mooting via the app is great.

For the battery control, needs a "charge for n hours" dropdown rather than just charge until full. Also need a "start discharging at hh:mm" do you can charge in the evening but then starts the discharge while you sleep, knowing it will have enough power to reach the morning.

I agree with Andrew C & JB. Just downloaded latest update. The overview animation is much harder to interpret where the power is moving even with the options to change in the app settings. The old live data and the summation at the bottom was easy to see with a quick glance. Can we have the option to change back to the old overview format in the app settings also?

Got bad with last update. It keeps logging me off and when I am logged in my generation keeps flipping between a low number to a number about 2000 watts more than the inverter tells me. I don't like the new update.

Woeful upgrade, change for the sake of change. New display is not as easy to see. When companies mess around with formats that work well, it provides an incentive to look elsewhere for inverters in the future. Fronius, please respond to people's complaints and reinstate the previous app (or go out of business)!
