Excellent HR monitor, app missing health connect. For Android users, health connect is what the best health apps are connecting with. Every major activity tracker app and many other health apps support syncing with health connect. Please add this feature, so I can get the heart rate data imported to where I want.

Overall, well worth the price. Two requests, if at all possible: 1) any way to save specific alerts for specific workouts so every time you select one workout the alerts previously used for that workout will preload automatically ? 2) any way to see or keep a continuous hear rate monitor on the screen (maybe as a widget) without having to use the ecg? I know I said "requests" and then asking them as questions. Is just that maybe I am doing something wrong or missing something. Thank you kindly!

The Frontier X2 is an excellent device – accurate, reliable, and packed with advanced features for heart and performance monitoring. It gives me confidence during training and long-distance runs. My only suggestion: please create a dedicated app for the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra. Having live data and coaching directly on the watch would make the Frontier X2 truly unbeatable. Highly recommended!

Sandeep? Unable to connect the app until Sandeep approves it? Also, unable to make selections at key stages such as 'goals' and 'location services' where it either does not accept the selection or there is no option to select. Not a great start to owning a FF2 monitor!

The app has been bugging me lately. It keeps kicking me out and saying my user doesn't exist. The first time it did this, it caused my whole app to mess up. It doesn't let the actual ecg of your activity pop up till days later now, and you have to keep the device itself consistently on and running just to eventually get the app to register previous activities? Which is dumb. When it's processing to sync, it should automatically be syncing up for the ecg, not waiting till a week later.

Unfortunately customer service appears to be nonexistent at this point. I've sent 3 emails over the past couple of months about an extremely frustrating sync issue and have received no response. Whenever finishing a workout, the sync times out getting the workout summary, and it takes at least 10 minutes to reset everything to get sync working. I've purchased 3 of their straps and first reported this issue a few years ago. At this point many hours of my life have been wasted dealing with this!
