Is the app no longer working? I've tried everything from logging out, deleting and restarting and not able to log in or have my shell rewards accessed. Tried to add my tmobile reward and can't do that because app is not working 😕

This app is horrible it said I had a 20 cent a gallon discount after t-life added it to fuel rewards but when I got gas it said it was only 10 cents discount. This is unacceptable. This needs to fixed asap and stop cheating people on their discount, gas is too expensive to be doing this.

Login screen circle sits and spins. Per Gemini, 'This "spinning circle" issue is a documented bug that began surfacing widely in late April 2026. The "Login Loop": There is a widespread service disruption affecting the Fuel Rewards app (by Extents). It appears to be a server-side authentication error"

I have used this app since 2020. It used to work well. I enjoyed the fuel rewards. Then they changed the payment method with a new card. When signing up, I had to open a site that told me it was not safe, not protected, and they wanted my full social security number. NO WAY. Unprotected, not safe??? I refused. And I was told old my existing points would be forwarded. My account reads NO POINTS! I'm done with Shell and their Fuel rewards, and I was a customer since 2010. Goodbye Shell!
